Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Define technical strategies for integrating Generative AI into core business products.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies in AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Experience designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and security.
