Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems focused on Year 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for AI model development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate predictive models into core business products.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments regarding AI ethics, data privacy, and system security.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including generative AI, quantum computing, and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing scalable machine learning pipelines and large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing cross-functional projects.
