Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends that will impact the industry in the coming years.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and safety as systems become more autonomous.
- Monitor global competitive landscapes to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader in 2026.
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics and decision support systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading high-level technical strategy and innovation.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive algorithmic frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating the ethical implications of advanced AI deployment.
- Fluency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for strategic project delivery.
