Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap, translating abstract future trends into concrete business objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global market shifts, emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech), and socio-economic changes to predict future opportunities and threats.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry leaders, think tanks, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Executive Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to the C-Suite, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for resource allocation and R&D investment.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal initiatives and 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential disruptors and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior-level product management with a focus on long-term vision.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Masterās degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through major transitions and defining long-term strategic goals.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models by the year 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize information from disparate sources into a coherent strategy.
