Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies, trends, and frameworks relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of supporting future growth.
- Innovation Management: Research and pilot cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for future-proof development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technology roadmaps 3-5 years in advance.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
