Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations through 2030
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders
- Champion innovation incubation programs focused on 2026+ market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to align future-proofing initiatives with corporate strategy
- Establish foresight protocols and future-proofing frameworks across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative trend modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
