Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports and predictive models
- Identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats across industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused initiatives
- Represent the organization at global foresight conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly valued
- Published thought leadership on future trends preferred
