Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CSSP) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
