- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present visionary briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, biotech convergence, sustainable infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFCS)
- Published work on 2020s technological and societal transformation trends
