- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive presentations on future market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with futurist communities, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and competitive intelligence
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Horizon Scanning methodologies preferred
