- Investment Strategy: Guide capital allocation toward high-potential ventures and emerging market sectors.
- Change Management: Lead organizational transformation efforts to ensure the workforce is prepared for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or executive consulting with a proven track record of forecasting market trends.
- Technological Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web 3.0 protocols.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Communication: Superior public speaking and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex ideas to a board of directors.
