- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact project timelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing technology roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with AI integration and predictive analytics is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
