Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing).
- Architect scalable solutions that ensure high performance and security for future market demands.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate technical vision and strategy.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact project timelines.
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year technical projects.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
