Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet strict delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, freight carriers, and internal department stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within our ERP system.
- Assist in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification if required.
