Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment for weekend shifts.
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain software to track inventory levels and optimize stock placement.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Process shipments and manage freight forwarding documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in training junior staff on proper handling procedures and system usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
