Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy adoption
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Optimize supply chain sustainability through vendor assessment programs and ethical sourcing protocols
- Oversee sustainability KPI tracking and dashboard development for executive decision-making
- Represent the company in industry forums and sustainability coalitions
- Manage sustainability budget allocation and ROI analysis for green initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2020+ climate strategy implementation
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG certification preferred
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks and life cycle assessment tools
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability metrics
- Experience developing ESG disclosures for public companies
- Strong knowledge of emerging sustainability technologies and circular economy models
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and regulators
