- Develop ESG reporting frameworks with automated compliance monitoring

Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years focused on sustainability or climate tech
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark), and cloud services
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems with measurable environmental impact
- Strong background in circular economy principles and life cycle analysis
- Experience with carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Green IT or AI ethics preferred
