Responsibilities

- Conduct lifecycle cost-benefit analyses for sustainable infrastructure investments
- Forge strategic partnerships with municipal agencies and ESG-focused corporations
- Drive innovation in green building materials and smart grid technologies
- Present impact reports to stakeholders using advanced data visualization tools
- Mentor junior planners in sustainable development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Science
- 8+ years in sustainable infrastructure development or climate adaptation planning
- LEED AP / WELL AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Expertise in GIS modeling, lifecycle assessment software, and parametric design tools
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar green infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of California environmental regulations and climate action frameworks
