Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to escalate complex problems and implement solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure employees can effectively utilize company software and systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot common peripheral devices, printers, and network configurations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
