Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment, booths, and decorations
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning with tablet devices
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with vendor coordination
- Maintain clean and safe event spaces throughout shifts
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees and vendors
- Operate basic audiovisual equipment for announcements
- Assist with crowd control and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old with valid California work permit
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Punctual with reliable transportation to event sites
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic smartphone/tablet proficiency
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
