Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory processes, including stock receiving and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge training to stay current on inventory
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Support digital sales initiatives through social media engagement and online order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with valid Texas ID/Driver's License
- Available to work weekends and weekday evenings (20-25 hours/week)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to North Mesa Street location
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
