Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe movement within the home
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate care records and client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
