Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pack, sort, and ship products according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and report workplace hazards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping tasks
- Previous warehouse/forklift certification preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
