Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a must for commuting to the Columbus location.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
