Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely to move inventory.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain logistics flow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; attendance is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
