Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Goods: Receive, inspect, and load/unload shipments in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper organization of warehouse shelves.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment for all staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
