Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Scan, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and verify contents against packing slips.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and tools in strict adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
