Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones according to company standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
