Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, stock organization, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload shipments onto trucks and trailers, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
- Package Sorting: Sort and route packages to their correct departments or shipping zones.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work.
