Job Overview
Our El Paso location is the hub for our West Coast operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect merchandise for damage during receiving and prepare items for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
