Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance under supervision
- Perform clinical support tasks (vitals, documentation, specimen collection)
- Ensure patient comfort and safety protocols are maintained
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist with patient admission/discharge procedures
- Maintain clean and organized clinical environments
- Participate in ongoing training and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA, EMT, or medical assistant certification preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
