Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a hourly pay role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
