Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using internal software.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and compliance standards.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
