Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including packaging, sorting, and labeling products with high attention to detail.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read production orders.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
