Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inventory counts and verify shipment accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and staging materials for shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) safely with proper certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor roles).
- Valid driver's license is a plus for logistics roles.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
