As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Assist in the maintenance of warehouse equipment and reporting any damages.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for shifts including nights and weekends as business demands.
