Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently during shifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train willing candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
