Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware systems.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex escalations.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with every client.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
