Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Manage Inventory: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock merchandise to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on stock quality and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using handheld scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
