Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily targets.
- Package Handling: Sort, bundle, and prepare packages for shipping with precision.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
