Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory counts and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicle).
