Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of stock counts and labeling.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
