Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid driver’s license and social security card.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
