Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and quality standards.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency and easy retrieval.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
