Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory to designated storage areas.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure accurate picking and packing processes.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment).
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
