As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. We offer on-the-job training, so no prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
