Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Efficiently prepare and package products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory counts, and restock shelves as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming goods for damage and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Team Support: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
