Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and workflow continuity.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Complete daily shift reports and submit timesheets accurately for weekly payroll processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location.
