Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate standard office and warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as required by the role.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and organization.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow changes or potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID/Driver's License.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
