- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas.
- Packaging & Labeling: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipment.
- Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance standards to prevent errors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
